1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DwarfCDN's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

DwarfCDN provides content delivery network (CDN) and managed DNS services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• DNS management and hosting
• Content caching and delivery
• Origin protection and shielding
• SSL/TLS certificate management
• Traffic analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use DwarfCDN services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or networks

5. Pricing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You agree to:

• Pay all fees according to your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize automatic billing for recurring subscriptions
• Pay any applicable taxes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For Enterprise plan customers, we guarantee 99.9% uptime. If we fail to meet this SLA, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in your service agreement.

The SLA does not cover downtime resulting from:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
• Issues with your origin server
• Third-party service failures beyond our control
• Force majeure events

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of DwarfCDN is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy. All infrastructure is located in the United States.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks are the property of or licensed to DwarfCDN and as such are protected from infringement by domestic and international legislation and treaties.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and data
• We will provide refunds for prepaid services on a prorated basis

10. Limitation of Liability

DwarfCDN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DwarfCDN and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
